Black and White Ty Cobb memorial poster in it's original cardboard mailing tube which is postmarked out of Louisville KY, August 1961. It measures 11 and 3/8 inches in width, and approximately 16 inches in length (1/32" shy). The mailing tube's address label reads FROM: HILLERICH & BRADSBY CO. INCORPORATED POST OFFICE BOX 506 LOUISVILLE 1. KY. Louisville Slugger Bats - Power-Bilt Golf Clubs - Louisville Grand Slam Golf Clubs
The upper portion has two tears which were taped from behind. I believe these can be repaired properly with paper glue as adhesive was not stuck to the lithographic image, affecting color, tone, etc.
