been waiting and watching for a long time and i finally found a student lamp in blue opal, the person that i bought it from didnt get the old estate sale sticker off of it, so i dont feel too bad about how much i spent on it. but it did take like 3 hours of cleaning to get it to what you are looking at now.

   it's a Fenton student lamp probably from around 1980s or so. Might find it in the catalogs at fentonfan.com

   this one is from the sixties. fenton basically had stopped making blue opal hobnail by the 80s, they made a few things for levay though. ive been to fentonfan.com, and i cant get their catalogs to work properly, it cuts part of em off, and wont let me make them small enough to fit my standard sized computer screen
