    I really couldn't find much information on A-1 flight pants. The exterior is made of horsehide with the sheepskin quilted inside. Any info from an expert would be much appreciated.

    Do these pre-date WW2?

      I am not the "expert" you requested but you have: Trousers, Flying Winter, Type A-1 USAAF. Simply do your search using the DWG number and you will find expert help and photos.
