Just trying to figure out a price
Prices are really down on furniture, it's hard to give you a value. But if you love it and plan to keep it go for it. I think you have a good ideal what its worth.
Boy officialfuel hit on the head! Prices on furniture are not just down, it just is not selling. It is hard to come up with a valuation without comparable sales.
