Long story of why, but I give my husband selected monkey trinkets from time to time. I found this bakelite fella at the S. Army just before our 10 year anniversery last week. Couldn't believe it, plus less then a dollar. Hubby loved it. Got to thinking about it and realized that I gave him a "nut cracker" for our 10 year celebration. Laughed and laughed.
Yes there is definitely monkey love here.

Ever since I was young I always wanted a 'real' monkey. (never got one). There was a TV show on that didn't last long called: The Halfaways (or something like that) I loved that show and the monkey that was on it.
