The first one isn't really that special, but the second is probably the better one of the two. It's probably from the 1930's, judging from the "Trade Mark Reg. U.S. Pat. Off." below the script. The Manufacturer is The Consolidated Cork Corp in Brooklyn N.Y. and says Made in U.S.A.
