      It's a Singer 66 with Filigree decals, from a batch commissioned July 8 1930. Can't tell much more about it from those two photos. Is it in that table pictured on the manual or something different? In that table it would be electric.
      Singer made hundreds of thousands of these machines they're not rare or valuable, but they're lovely to sew with, take standard readily available needles and bobbins.
