From the mid to late 60's - has a back lit A and Eagle panel on top as well as one on the bottom that you could have a custom phrase made for. This has the real ruby red tubing as well.
Mfg by Mt Vernon neon and has the original transformer. I restored this sign a number of years ago - when I got it the paint was all flaking off - I redipped the glass in the block out paint and restored the frame and transformer - original glass.
