I inherited around 160 of these viewmaster reels and I was just interested to find out more about them. I wonder if any of you could help me? I will be uploading new ones every now and then. I also have a Sawyers View-Master Grey and Brown box and 2 of the viewing thing (excuse my lack of knowledge). Thanks in advance, Chris
Hi OldSchool people do collect viewmasters for sure. Complete in their original packages and condition for example no scratches on the photos , envelopes not marked or ripped are the most wanted and of course most important is the subject matter. Yellowstone national park for example: boring. Most Historical events less boring like the coronation of Queen Elizabeth. More interest space, cartoons, super heroes, science fiction, Tv series etc.
Each one of your 160 3 reel packages are collectible. Hope this helps Looking forward to seeing more of your viewmasters in future posts.
