I was in a different part of town today and found a new thrift! I saw the SA sign, my eyes bugged, I looked at the clock...twenty minutes to spare!
I ran in and immediately found this awesome Orrefors "Discus" by Lars Hellsten. Almost six inches across and weighs a ton. I could not get a good picture of the icy glow. I have read, but am unsure, that this is suppose to look like a frozen lake. Well it certainly does, either by design or imagination.
Look how it fits in with with my total Scandinavian treasures!
