Haven't posted one in a while, so here's a recently finished small cargo style trunk. The wood (inside and out) was stripped of canvas, sanded and finished with polystain and 6 coats of tung oil. The metal was cleaned with a wire brush and mineral spirits before repainting with a semi-gloss black. All hardware is original except the handle covers which are reproductions.

Fabulous -- nicely done, the wood texture and stain with the black hardware looks great. You do great work!
