This item was given to my husband and I from my father in law. We don't have much information on it as for value or year and our internet searches haven't been very successful. It is made from oak with leather detailing and iron, I believe. Thank you, any info is greatly appreciated!

well, I know nothing about these chairs but it really looks like something from the turn of the 20th century, probably made not later than 1915. As for the decoration on the leather seat, with the "fleur de lys" and what looks like maple leafs around, I'd say it could come from Canada... but I'm just guessing.
