Looks modern made to me.
Cheaply painted overseas-- artist painted "IH" instead of "IN".

Sorry to say this is a made up coke item (was never produced by the coca cola company) Coca-Cola would have never misspelled "IN". This sign was most likely made during the 1970's, so its possibly 40 years old.
