Cabinet card unmarked , we have a relative who had a daughter who died young. We have a print of her, but now see this one also she look the same face and her hair also. She died around 1890s. This looks like the death prints she is floating? Card is unmarked the edges are gold paint also.
I think the exposure is just off, making the dress look weird. I see two blurry feet sticking out like she is sitting cross legged on a puffy couch...
