    PLEASE HELP ME IDENTIFY AGE ETC.
    I believe this is a butter dish...one of the stamps on the bottom say Meriden b. company ...the other says meriden britania and I can't read the rest...under both of those stamps it reads 1965 is that the date that this was made? I will also post the stamp pic...any help would be great.......THANKS

      These were a very popular Victorian table item.

      I would date it to the last quarter 19th century.
