I just purchased this 30 gallon crock. It is stamped Buckeye Pottery Company Macomb Ill. with a Stag Head or Buck Head in the center. I have been doing some research on the net trying to find out some information on it and have been completely unsuccessful! Would any of you know anything about this stamp?

A month ago, I purchased a 2 gallon crock with the same mark. I too am having quite the time finding any documentation on this particular mark. Would love to know more & to know if I made a good buy or not.
Got a 5 gal. Imperial jug (brown salt glaze top) for $20 at flea mkt. Today ( asking price $75) anyone know anything about logo or jug? .....thanks...
