HI,
I have this gorgeous bowl, which I believe is Teak. There is a signature under saying maybe Sagi or Sali. It's handmade in switzerland. I was not able to find any reference to this maker anywhere. I might have the name wrong. Any information about this bowl would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

it looks a lot like the bottom part of my paternal grandfather's humidor. he had a large collection of modern, danish furniture from the 50s. the humidor had a snug-fitting top which set down into it.
Is it SAGI? I really can't find anything about this company..
Hi,
I think you might be thinking of something like this one.

There is really no lip of any kind of my bowl or any types of scratches from inserting a snug fitting piece.. Which makes me think there never was a lid.
I will keep digging!
