These have simple stamped disc wheels. The yellow one actually looks kind of like a Marmon Wasp. Any idea on age? I am guessing 30's but it's just a guess.

The black car is from some kind of wind-up speedway racetrack toy. These date back as far as the 1920s but are still made today as reproductions. Here's an old one:
