Help, Help!
I just bought what I think is a neat cruet set; I believe it was once silverplated but is down to the copper base; and I believe the round holders on each side at the top might be for candles? too large for spoons?
Just need an opinion on this, if any one has any ideas of age, etc? I have a few condiment sets, but nothing like this? I checked with a company that does replating; they could do it, seemed a little expensive - but does replating take the value away? silver - plating totally something I know nothing about, so probably the price shouldn't surprise me - and I am sure it would look amazing!
I bought this for the Fabulous salts attached; cobalt cut to clear; thought they were to die for!
Any advice help would be Greatly appreciated! I know I can enjoy it as is, but would love to see it as it originally looked :) :)
oh, and no idea what category, so simply placed it in glassware?

oh, also not sure the cruets are original, fairly loose? wonder if there should have been some cobalt pieces instead?
