This is an ashtray given to me by a friend of mind at work. It was made by the Haeger Pottery Company which started in 1871 and is still in business today. They make a wide selection of products including lamps, figurines, etc. I believe this to be a coffee table ashtray, probably from the 70's. You really don't see these in houses alot these days due to the fact that smoking is not as popular as it used to be! I still thought this was a cool ashtray and will add it to my collection. The measurements are 9 1/2" long and 6 1/2" wide at the narrow points. Hope everyone is having a good Sunday afternoon. Thrifty

I live in in Chicago so Haeger is plentiful. I often pass it by, but would have picked this one up. Great find!!!!
Thanks AmberRose for the love and the information about Haeger being in Chicago. I don't remember reading that. Glad you thought it was a keeper! Talk to you later, Thrifty.
