I'm posting these beautiful little vases for AmberRose, who asked me to post my Arthur Allison items. These are from his Iridescent series, and are unususlly small (about 3" tall each); his vases are commonly 6" tall and larger. They were also a bargain on Ebay, and they fit easily in the cabinet, so what's not to love? I think Art Allison is a great artist, and these little beauties are perfect examples of why I believe that. Oh, and the poker reference in the title is because Arthur's shop is in Texas. A 'small pair' can win in Texas Hold-Em, and I'm holding on to these for a while. Enjoy!

Beautiful! I know nothing about Arthur Allison, but your posting makes be intensely interested. I particularly like the ribbon of coloring on the squat vase.
These are beautiful! Thank you. Art Allison is so on my radar now. A real talent. Plus his web site comments are so funny.
You're welcome, AmberRose.
I have checked out his (Allison's) web site, and he is a funny guy; and very talented! I used to have three more of his iridescent vases, one very much like the one you posted. I think I'll replenish them. :)
Yes and the holidays are coming. Do you think me leaving the wbsite open on the hubby's computer is too subtle?
Never too subtle. Maybe you should actually show it to him and say, "would make a nice Christmas gift, wouldn't it?" How's that for subtle?
Yeah, maybe your way is better.
