Sterling dish with 4 makers marks. Any help identifying them would be appreciated. Origin, date....5-3/8 x 3/4" 4.25-oz..Thank you

The harp gives it away!
Irish!
Dublin.
Then it's more difficult, so I'll help you out.
The date letters on the net only go to 1921 on most sites.
But Petersen pipes has a list here:

The date is very late: 1993.
