I'm not an watch expert and no less about european watches, but this looks like a Robert Roskell, bar style, key wind swiss movement. Someone with a lot more knowledge will come along and give you the right answer.
If I'm right, Roskell was active from 1798 - 1830 and worked in Liverpool & London.
Anyway, I love your watch.
