"Eloper" german cookoo clock, works. I believe its also known as "farmers daughter"

I know a bit about this. I really want to pop on it. The man wants jsut over 100 dollars (canadian) for it and was hoping to see what its worth before I spend the money. Does anyone know what it is worth?
