houze glass seal ivy ball

here is the answer that someone was asking about the green seal base what it was this was made by houze glass around 30s 40s i took picture of bottom of the glass ball it measures 4 1/4 wide the hole is 1 1/4 inch the glass glows under black light. seal bases came in many colors black,blue,green,pink, they also came in transparent colors. i have a houze glass museum and web site for more information on the houze factory and the glass they made. at www.houzeglassmuseum.com thanks john
