Well it has been a long time, but now that the Garage sale season has drawn to a close here maybe I'll have more time to post.
I picked this up at an estate sale a few weeks ago. I have looked and looked online but have been, as yet, unable to find one exactly like this. I know there is probably a car guy here who can point me in the right direction.
The only marking is U71 on the back of the "hook".
