Another Christmas present from friends in Dallas - my circa 1960's vintage Swedish straw Christmas ornaments. I had meant to use these on my Charlie Brown Tree (i.e., spindly, 'feather' tree form) this year, along with my white candles in pinecone clips, and a punched felt garland. However, the cabinet housing the candles, clips, and garland is stuck, so instead I present these here ‘displayed’ on table. The swans are extraordinary!

Thank you very much for your kind appreciation mustangtony, Manikin, and vetraio50!! : )
Gosh they can be clever. I don't have the patience to craft something like these, real art. Hope you are doing well miKKo!!!
Thank you very much, AmberRose, eye4beauty, Bellin for the kind appreciation and very kind comments!!! : )
Yes, thank you, AmberRose, doing well! Computer was acting up, but I'm now back on the grid again. How are you and the little Elves? Hope your New Year's Day was as splendid as your Christmas!!! : ) I agree that these ornaments would take a lot of patience to produce, but I know that you could do it! : )
Eye4beauty, I had forgotten about Charlie Brown's ornaments. Tee hee. No, when I said "Charlie Brown tree", I meant a certain style of tree. It can be a real tree, or an artificial tree. It is characterized by a leggy, spindly trunk, far apart branches, and a great deal of 'open spaces'. Mine is like a 1920's feather tree, though it was produced in the twenty-first century. Here's a link with some samples of the genre "Charlie Brown tree" - see trees nearer the bottom.
