This is another dish I found today. Not very big, maybe four inches across. I can make out the word STERLING written on several places. I am about 70% sure. Part of me thinks it could be coin silver. When I searched for coin silver dishes, this style did pop up in the results. I cannot read the signature on the back. It looks like:
