Here is an idea of what I am dealing with. Please someone tell me I am not crazy....please. I did a soft crayon rubbing of the top of this box. Does anyone recognize something at work here? Does anyone know what kind of text/dialog/writing/carving this is??? Thanks!

Hi, BHock34! I can't see anything, but then again I don't have good resolution on this laptop, so that doesn't mean that there's nothing there. You have shown no signs of craziness before, so perhaps you're onto something. : D

musikchoo....lol...haha. In all honest...I see what looks like animals, but I am sure they are just letters of some alphabet. If you click on the second picture you can get an idea of what I am talking about. They are in rows horizontally and vertically. This is def. not the natural grain of wood.
Take a look at the first picture too, the bottom half...the characters go in a "rainbow" from left to right.
