This gorgeous red vintage iridescent carnival glass bowl is by the LE Smith Glass Company. It has the "Buzz Star" pattern which is also known by some as "Pinwheel" or "Starburst". A rainbow of colors (gold, purple, blue yellow, pink, green) is seen on this piece when light hits it a different angles. It has a sawtooth edge. The glass is thick. It is about 7/16 of an inch (1.1 cm) thick. It weighs 3lbs (1.36 kg). It measures approximately 7 1/2" (19.1 cm) in diameter & 3 1/2" (8.9 cm) tall.
