I bought this Vase at a thrift shop nearby, I've tried to research on my own, and havn't come up with very much.. It is stamped Czechoslovakia on the bottom, and overtop of that is the large 'MC" that is more visible in the pictures. Is that the artist signature? MY sister lived in Prague for 3 years, and she couldn't help me. Also, This vase is hand painted, and i believe it's what they call 'Alien' pottery???? Saw that on a site. Thanks for looking Everyone!!

If I had to guess, I would say the MC mark was put on later, unrelated to the maker. I've never seen it on a piece of Czech pottery before. Nice find for a thrift shop, it pays to look.
