      I bought a similar plate in France 2 years ago for 250 euros. There are 6 roosters. There seem to be quite a number of plates with these designs.

      I read the mark as "JiangXi (province name) - JingDeZhen (city name) - famous china". There should be an Arabic numeral between "famous" and "china".

      I think this plate is an export porcelain from China during 1950-60s.
