Greetings: I purchased this lamp in the late 1990s from an antique mall in Baltimore. The metal work appears to be white metal with gilt overlay. The shade is mica. It is 28" tall and signed "Oscar Bach". You can view an identical lamp on the current TV show "Pawn Stars".
