I'm having trouble finding info on this item. It is a Ball mason jar with UNIVERSAL on it also with L.F.&C. all upside down and the #1 underlined on the bottom. It is the aqua color. Any info would be greatly helpfull in ID'ing this item.
Thanks Russ

Hi Russ, That jar is for a "Universal" coffee grinder made by Landers, Frary & Clark. The jar would be filled with coffee beans and when you turned the hand crank the beans would pass through the grinder and the grounds would be caught by a "catch cup" attached under the grinder. The jar was made by Ball and the Red Book value of this jar is $50-60.
I have a Landers, Frary & Clark coffee grinder and have been looking for this jar. Would love to know where you found this one to help with my search.
