This is the first version of Ingersoll Mickey Mouse wrist watch sold during the 1933 Chicago Exposition. It has wire lugs, art decor bezel, the numbers 5 & 7 above Mickey's knees and no 'arrow' on the second disc.
Kerry10456 has already covered the entire Pre-War Mickey Mouse watches ever produced on CW. He has posted the same piece, with the original box on this link - http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/74136-the-1933-chicago-worlds-fair-mickey-mou.

Thank you officialfuel, pops52 & mustangtony for hitting the Love button. Very much appreciated.
Thank you Dave for the Love click and appreciation.
OOPS, missed this George, VERY NICE, that latest strap end sure did come in handy.
Kerry, thanks for your appreciation and hitting the 'Love'. Actually, the watch came with the entire strap when i got it but no box. The spare 'strap end' I bought recently hasn't yet arrived from America. Can you tell if this strap is correct for the watch from the picture I just posted above?
in the last photo, does the squared off end ,taper inward? Or has it been clipped off square?
Thank you Phil & petey for the appreciation!
Thank you snoopy!
