This is another flea market find with no history, dealer knew nothing, etc. The engraving is of the highest quality, likely for a high ranking officer. The plate is large, 4 3/4 x 2". It looks midcentury to me, was trying to research the Austro-Prussian war of 1866 as a starting point-the war only lasted 7 weeks, not too many graphics available. The double headed eagle and flags are Austria, "Freiheit" sounds like the 1848 Revolution, but that was mostly Germany. This is a first class assembly, any information would be most welcome.
