    I don't think that this is all that old, but i love the way that it has weathered. i think it may be a spittoon, but i don't know. Does anyone recognize it? where made? age? thanks for any info.

      A Spittoon....wouldn't it be difficult to get all the juicy stuff out? You'd have to reach in and.....ah! never mind!! I'd rather think it was a flower vase.....much too ornate for the other! RER (LOUMANAL)

      i think it is a spittoon - as gross as that is. it's still pretty though. maybe i'll start chewing tobacco... NOT!
