I think this necklace was one of the first birthday presents I got from my boyfriend/fiance/husband 12 years ago.
Its a delicate sterling silver setting with a mother of pearl 'centerstone'.
Not sure if it is old, because in the shop he bought it they also have new 'old' jewelry, but I'm still loving it to bits.
