From some research I believe this is a chipped ice finish on this antique Handel lamp. It measures 15" high - the shade is 7" wide. It is a reverse painting with a band of flowers on a beautiful green background.
The shade is marked "Handel" #6548 and the Base has the original tag on the bottom saying "Handel".

I would appreciate any information about this beautiful little lamp. I have had it for 70 years as an Aunt gave it to me in about 1950.

No, I have not received an answer as to the value, etc.

Where do I find comments about my item?

I would estimate value at $1500 at auction and $2200 replacement.
