My Grandmother had this furniture for as long as I remember... I had always heard it called "Butter Mold", but I can't find any reference to that style. It's oak and very well made, although a little rough of finish.
    Does anybody have any info?
    Thanks!

      Hi Xdtinman:

I would think this falls under Eastlake Furniture.

      Thanks for sharing,

i agree w/ tubeamp. the 'buttermold' style of furniture is called 'Eastlake Furniture' in America, and 'Aesthetic Movement' in Great Britain.
