Hello everyone, I am just trying this as a practice so that I can correctly ID my stamp collection. Would I be correct in staying that this is a 1935 Canadian Stamp Scott 190 MNH OG ???

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions!!!

Very good...thanks mustangtony for the info!!! So just to clarify, is "Original Gum" a good thing? That is, original gum increases the value? I mean I could still see the yellow glue on the back of the stamp.... that means it is original and increases the value?

Thanks again for the help!!! Have a great night!

mustangtony, I do have one last question. Can you recommend what kinds of cases should I keep these stamps in. To keep them safe...and, Lets say, something that could survive the mail.... ;) Thanks for the info!

When I was a kid you just had 'used' and 'unused'.
But if the glue/gum is gone then it has been 'used'.

Mint is basically what is wanted = $.

"In philately, a mint stamp is a stamp which is in its original state of issue, is unused, has never been mounted and has full gum, if issued with gum. The term applies equally to postage stamps and revenue stamps." Wikipedia.
