Very unusual Peruvian? style huge double spouted dringing vessel

This large vessel is beautifully hand decorated in a blue/green and brown. it has a white thick glaze and is a substantial heavy piece. I have done some research and similar shaped pieces would appear to have derived from originally Peru dating back centuries. This is obviously a relatively modern reproduction certainly 20th century but I am unsure where it might have been manufactured and puzzled with the decoration.
