This dresser jar is about 3 inches tall and about 3 inches across. The lid fits nice and snug. Lid is marked sterling. I love the design on the lid, it is cherubs holding hand mirrors. (It is supposed to go on a lady's vanity....I get it)
I love American Brilliant Cut Glass, even though it seems to be terribly out of fashion. I don't think most people appreciate the workmanship it takes to produce it. 99 % of my cut glass pieces are in storage.
I've got more cut glass in my shop than I know what to do with, and that's just fine by me. I've started moving into the house to appreciate for myself until the market builds back.
This is a great piece, and that sterling top is really the eye popper of it. Thanks for sharing!
