I have been collecting Antiques and Oddities since I was little Growing up in Michigan..I grew up in a picking family! every weekend we would go out to the country and antique shop..my dad is a huge collector, I learned it ALL from him.
I am into everything old, with history, and especially from the 1940's -1950's
I moved to california where there was limited amounts to pick! So I moved to East Tennessee home of old barns and Hot Rods and now I am in heaven
Where in E. Tn. do you live?

Hi Missbettie. If you ever get to Ohio and you've not been to Springfield yet, I highly suggest that you take a walk through Heart of Ohio Antique mall. It's awesome! My husband and I load up every now and then just for a weekend of antiqueing. We live in south central KY, just about 45 minutes out of Somerset. Do you ever go to the flea market at the Nashville fairgrounds. It's pretty amazing too.
hey there! I have never been to that antique mall but it sound supreme! how are the pickins in Kentucky? and yes Nashville has a happening flea market!
Pickin in KY ain't too bad but our favorite time to pick is during the 127 sale in Aug. Pickin heaven for 4 days!
