Gorgeous Cobalt Blue Stones set in to the nicest Gold Tone setting I have ever seen, you would think it was 18K! Necklace is 20" and the Earrings are just a tad over 1 1/2 inches. I know Segal pieces are from the 1950's to what I believe is the early 1970's. If anyone knows the time he was in business I would appreciate it very much if you would let me know!
