    Nooow i know what bakelite smells like. I didn't even need to test this one, it smelled like my high school science room. Not the most pleasant memory but a very lovely necklace/belt. I found it during my Halloween costume search and was described as being made of celluloid. I've found a few other art deco examples, one being exactly the same but difficult to photograph.
