Hello everyone. It's been sometime since my last post, but I had to know about this one. Is this a Georg Jensen piece? Can anyone understand the hallmarks? It looks like the duty mark was used again in 1977??? Strange. Here is my best guess:

    Sterling Silver Pendent
    Georg Jensen Ltd.
    London, England
    1977

thank you agram.m It is very strange to find the marks like this. Does anyone specialize in Georg Jensen? Thanks!

I don't think its Georg Jensen. That mark isn't included in the list of marks they used

The piece was made in 1977, the queens head mark was added to all assayed silver in this year to celebrate the Queens Silver Jubilee.

The JGLd mark means the piece was imported into Britain by The Georg Jensen store (which is a franchise, so therefore not directly related to the Jensen Smithy), it was not produced/made by Georg Jensen. Regards William
