Another one of Kenneth Jay Lane's masterpiece! I've always have great luck with his vintage creations; the designs are rare, unique and exquisite. A little story behind this: When I first started out with my vintage costume jewelry business, I spotted the belt with this same theme first. I was in love with it, and vowed to buy it once I earned enough. When I finally got there, the belt got sold and I was devastated! Since then, I promised myself to immediately purchase jewelry pieces from this theme as long as it is affordable. Imagine how I felt when I laid my hands on this one! The coins jingle with the wearer, but it makes a very pleasant "clink" that sounds very refined. The dragons are large; 6 inches long each. The signature in the last photo indicated that this piece was made in the sixties, and early design.
