It is part of a miniature case of Coca-Cola, an advertising or promotional item.

Back about 1950 & after, a friend of the family who was a salesman for Coke, would give my sister & me all sorts of promotional things, which includes little plastic Coke cases with bottles in them. Never gave us a any metal bottles! Wonder if we can sue his estate! His name was Harry Rainwater & I'm sure serious Coke collectors have run into the name since I have in info sent from Coke.
