Adjustable table converts from table to coffee table height-need help

I bought this table at an auction last week and didn't realize that it was so versatile until I was loading it in my car. It changes easily from a height of table height of 26.5" to a coffee table height of 15.5" It also has drop down sides...sides up it is 3'x3'..down it is 3'x21". Does anyone know a proper name for this gorgeous table? It also has brass feet and wheels. I couldn't find another markings on it except the ones shown. I am so in love with this beauty! Thanks for any help!
